Fee includes

The registration fee includes:
- entrance to the on-site lectures and exhibition area,
- conference materials,
- coffee breaks,
- 2 lunches,
- dinner
- VAT 23% (according to Polish law).


The early registration fee is only applicable, if it has also been paid to the congress account meeting within the according deadlines.
Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable.

Methods of payment

Payments should be made in advance, using a credit card or by bank transfer.
All bank fees and money transfer costs must be paid by the transmitter. Please indicate the invoice number as well as the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. Please note that if you select bank transfer as your payment method the payment will need to reach the congress organiser’s bank account by September 14, 2022. Participants that selected bank transfer as their preferred payment method can always ask the congress organiser to change their payment method to credit card.
Once the payment will be done, the organiser will issue an Invoice with 23% VAT titled "registration fee".

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive written confirmation of registration by e-mail within 3 working days when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account.

Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation (e.g. in case of sickness, lack of funding or any other personal reasons) must be made in writing by email to the EATCB Congress Office. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Convention+. Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
Written cancellation received:
– until August 1, 2022: 100% refund
– between August 2 and 31, 2022: 50% refund
– after September 1, 2022: No refund
The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds. Please indicate your bank details on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the congress.
In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Convention+, by email.
